Each appointment is tailored to be a personal and uplifting experience. 💕 LOCATION: 📌 House Based: Upper Marlboro, MD BOOKING POLICY: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENTS: A consultation is mandatory for all new clients, as well as for clients who have not booked an appointment in the past 3 months prior to the new appointment and for all new services different from those received previously (e.g., switching from waxing to a lash lift). RESCHEDULING: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule up to 48hr prior your appointment, after that, your deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. LATE POLICY: A 10-minute grace period is provided, after which appointments will be canceled. Failure to show up without prior notice will result in inability to book future services. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit, requiring a new deposit for rebooking. PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, lash glue, mascara, brow products, body lotion, or oil in waxing areas. APPOINTMENT CHANGES: Advance bookings are welcome but subject to availability changes. Rescheduled appointments will be accommodated based on availability.
